How do I make a purchase?
Shopping with us is easy!
1. Click on the items you like and you will be directed to the product page.
2. Select your desired quantity and 'Add to Cart'.
3. Go to 'Shopping Cart' (located at the top right of the page) and check out when you're done!
Can I change the items in my shopping cart?
Yes, you can easily remove items and change the quantities.
Can i add additional items to my submitted order?
Once your order has been submitted, you cannot add additional items to it.
However, you may submit a new order for additional items.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Yes, you will need to set up an account in order to make a purchase.
With an account, you can also enjoy benefits like :

- reviewing order history

- quicker check-outs
What are the available payment methods?
We accept :

What Currency will I be charged in?
All charges with Werloved are processed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
Is it safe to use my credit card?
All transactions on our website are processed using IPay88, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
What happens if I get an error message during the payment process?
This may happen when you experience some technical difficulties like your internet connection. But not to worry, you may check the status of your order in 'Order History'. From there, you will be informed of the order status : 'successful', 'pending', 'failed'.
Even if the payment was not successful, the order will still be saved and can be viewed in the 'Order History', from there you can proceed to the checkout page and follow the payment instructions to re-purchase.

Can I return my purchased items?
All items sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable except for those with manufacturing defects. Return of the products is acceptable within 7 days upon receipt. Please contact us at email@example.com for more details.
