How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Tracking No. to track your package.
Please check the Tracking No. with the relevant courier service.

Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses
P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.
Can I have my Order shipped to multiple addresses?
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each shipping address.
Shipping fee is determined by the total weight and size of the order. The confirmed shipping fee will be shown on the checkout page, which varies based on the location.
- West Malaysia: Free Shipping for orders > RM150 in a single transaction
- East Malaysia: Charges based on weight and shipping area
We aim to deliver all orders within 5 -10 working days after payment is approved. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
All orders placed and confirmed by 0900 (GMT+8) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed and confirmed after 0900 (GMT+8) on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Deliveries are made from Monday - Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Do I need to sign for my order?
To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorise for packages to be delivered without a signature
However, due to the pandemic, different practices would be implemented to ensure minimal contact and safe distancing.
What happens if I require a redelivery?
In the event that you are unable / not present to collect your delivery, depending on the courier service, you will either :
- Automatically receive an SMS message which will notify you on the tracking no. and the nearest branch where you can collect your parcels
- Or 2 delivery attempts will be arranged again, which can be tracked on the courier service portal / website
Is my package insured?
While your package is in transit from Healthy Gifts Sdn Bhd to your shipping address, the provision of insurance depends on the courier service.
Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered.

Can I change my shipping address once my order has been placed?
No. We are unable to redirect orders once it has been dispatched. Therefore, please kindly ensure that you provide the correct shipping address.
