Placing an order

How do I make a purchase?

Shopping with us is easy!

1. Click on the items you like and you will be directed to the product page.

2. Select your desired quantity and 'Add to Cart'.

3. Go to 'Shopping Cart' (located at the top right of the page) and check out when you're done!

Can I change the items in my shopping cart?

Yes, you can easily remove items and change the quantities.

Can i add additional items to my submitted order?

Once your order has been submitted, you cannot add additional items to it.

However, you may submit a new order for additional items.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You may feel free to set up an account, but it is not required to in order to make a purchase.

With an account, you can enjoy benefits like :

All charges with Werloved are processed in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).

All transactions on our website are processed using IPay88, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

What happens if I get an error message during the payment process?

Should there be an error after payment is partially processed (eg. gateway timeout), Your order status may show 'pending payment' or 'abandoned checkout'.

Can I return my purchased items?

All items sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable except for those with manufacturing defects. Return of the products is acceptable within 7 days upon receipt. Please contact us at info@werloved.com for more details.
